Post and Guardrail Cutter
T125 – T125B Guardrail cutter handles most guardrails and posts with very good results. The machine has double rotors and a cutting width of more than 125 cm, depending on how much overlap you want. Max 150 cm height on posts and guardrails. Max width on granite guardrails 100 cm. Weight is 480 kg. T125 Guardrail cutter is hydraulically driven with two Sunfab 25 cc motors. Normally 100 l/m is used. Working pressure max continuously 350 bar. Rotor speed is 3,800 rpm. Under the protective plates are rotors with 2 chains 10 mm in each rotor. Right rotor is hydraulically openable so that the cutter can be lowered over the guardrail or removed at obstacles. Spring tension adjustment is done from the control box in the cab. Post cutter needs one pressure and two returns from your machine. Electric box is placed inside the cab and connected to 12 or 24 volts, electric box controls right rotor. If crane is equipped with extra double-acting outlet, electric box is not needed.

AX Boomerang
Guardrail Cutter for Tractor Front
Hinnagård's AX Boomerang is a hydraulic rotor cutter with blades or 10 mm chain. It is adapted for mounting on Stora BM loader or on the front of a tractor. The protective plate is spring-loaded to easily roll around obstacles such as posts, trees, guardrails, etc. AX Boomerang is also articulated so you can cut at approximately 30 degree angle - perfect for cutting in ditches. The Boomerang also tilts 90 degrees upward for cutting branches etc. It is standard equipped with telescopic extension of 100 cm. (Total max 2.90 m to 3.90 m from center of implement carrier.) For operation of the cutting unit, a single-acting hydraulic outlet and return are required, as well as a leak line directly to the machine's hydraulic tank. Additionally two double-acting hydraulic outlets for telescopic extension and tilting. An excellent product for first pass or around posts that often complements a rear-mounted crane with clearer, for example.
